Company Policy

We value our stylists’ time and want to ensure every client receives the best possible service. For this reason, we may request billing information when booking appointments—especially for new clients, services lasting over 2 hours (such as BKT treatments, color corrections, or extensions), or if two appointments have been cancelled within 48 hours. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments without notice, will result in a 50% service fee. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us respect both your time and our stylists’ schedules.
